CMHRP - Care Management for High Risk Pregnancies
Goal
The goal of Maternity Care Management is to improve the health of mothers and babies by addressing physical, mental and socioeconomic needs during pregnancy.
Eligibility
Pregnant women in Union and Anson County who are uninsured or who have Medicaid are eligible for CMHRP services.
Payments
The program is covered by Medicaid and is provided at no charge to the patient.
