Community Health Services of Union County provides primary care to uninsured adults 18-64 years old who live in Union or Anson County. An application packet must be completed before the first visit and they request a $20 donation for each visit.

Anson Regional Medical Services (ARMS) provides primary care to uninsured adults who live in Union or Anson County. Fees are determined by a sliding fee scale based on family income. They have offices in Monroe and Wadesboro.

Matthews Free Medical Clinic provides primary care to uninsured patients 14-64 years old who live in Union or Mecklenburg County. An application packet must be completed before the first visit and services are free.

HealthQuest of Union County provides prescription medications for uninsured patients who live in Union, Anson or Stanly County and cannot afford their maintenance medications.
